1. Nature of Platform
Noxi is an online marketplace that connects independent service providers (“Sellers”) with clients (“Buyers”).
We do not provide the services directly. We only facilitate communication, order management, and payment processing between Buyers and Sellers.
We are not responsible for the quality, legality, safety, or delivery of services.
2. User Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree not to create multiple fake accounts.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.
3. Services & Orders
- Sellers list services (“Gigs”) on the Platform.
- Buyers place orders based on listed service details.
- Once an order is placed, both parties are contractually bound to complete the transaction.
- Sellers must deliver services within the promised timeframe.
- Buyers must provide required materials and clear instructions.
Failure to comply may result in account suspension.
4. Payments & Fees
- All payments must be processed through the Platform.
- Direct payment outside the Platform is strictly prohibited.
- The Company may charge a service fee or commission from Sellers and/or Buyers.
- Funds may be held temporarily for security or dispute resolution purposes.
- Refunds are subject to the dispute resolution policy.
We reserve the right to modify fees with prior notice.
5. Refunds & Dispute Resolution
- If a Buyer is unsatisfied, they must first communicate with the Seller.
- If unresolved, a formal dispute may be opened within [7] days.
- The Company will review submitted evidence from both parties.
- The Company’s decision shall be final and binding.
Abuse of the dispute system may lead to account termination.
6. Intellectual Property
- Buyers own the final delivered work after full payment (unless otherwise specified).
- Sellers retain rights to pre-existing materials.
- Users must not upload copyrighted, illegal, or infringing content.
- The Platform reserves the right to remove any content violating laws or policies.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users must NOT:
- Use the Platform for illegal services
- Engage in fraud, scam, or misleading listings
- Harass or abuse other users
- Attempt to bypass payment systems
- Use bots, scraping tools, or automated systems
Violation may result in permanent ban and legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits
- Service delays
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Disputes between Buyers and Sellers
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts:
- For policy violations
- For fraudulent activities
- If required by law
- At our discretion to protect platform integrity
10. Privacy
Use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in [UP, India].
